The neighbourhood

Rua João das Regras is located in the heart of Porto, between Trindade and Bolhão, in a central area with excellent public transport connections. It's a vibrant and urban neighborhood, with easy access to cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, local shops, and cultural landmarks.

Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find iconic spots like Rua de Santa Catarina, Bolhão Market, Avenida dos Aliados, and São Bento station. Despite being central, the street is quiet and safe, perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Guest access

The property has two independent entrances: the main entrance on Rua João das Regras and a rear entrance via Rua Régulo Magauanha, where you’ll also find a public parking area. Both access points make arrival and luggage handling easier.

Interaction with guests

Before your arrival, you will receive a message with the access codes for your apartment.

The main building door works with an electronic code.
To enter the apartment, you’ll need to use the second code to open the key lockbox.
