Fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils for you, with a marble detail wall, accompanied by a cozy living room with a sofa that can accommodate up to 4 people and can be used as a sofa bed.
Bathroom equipped with basic hygienic necessities such as shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer and towel.
The apartment is equipped with a first aid kit.

For breakfast, we have a partnership with the Grama Restaurant, 100m from the accommodation.

House rules

Children and babies are allowed. To request a crib and high chair for babies, simply contact our team at least 1 day before your check-in.
Pets are not allowed;
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;
Events are not allowed;
No noise allowed from 10pm to 7am.

Other things to note

When you leave the apartment, on your left you'll find an elevator 3-5 minutes away, which will give you access to the Faria Guimarães metro station.
If you prefer stairs, you can just go in the same direction as the elevator, but until you reach the end of the block and turn left, you'll find stairs to the metro station.
